How to Value 2022 1sts (in February)

It can be tough to understand the value of a draft pick, especially if you do not know what the rookie class looks like. Of course, the value of these draft picks will vary vastly from person to person, but for those who have no opinion, it can help to hear one opinion as opposed to none at all. This article will give you my view on how I value this upcoming rookie class. And with that, I hope I can help you in how to value 2022 1sts.

2022 Rookie Trade Value Chart (February)

Take this with a grain of salt. Depending on my team’s build and the slight variations in league settings, I may value players/picks higher or lower than I’ve listed them here. I’m sure many will disagree with this list, but these are my rough valuations as of right now.

To give you an idea of the rookies I’m considering taking in the 1st round of the 2022 rookie draft, I see about three QBs who have low floors and high ceilings, two RBs who could be three down backs right away, one RB who can be a solid starter, and six WRs who have the potential to be regular fantasy starters in their first two years.

Wrap-Up

I hope this helps you form your idea of how to value 2022 1sts. Again, this isn’t an exact trade calculator, but this can give you an idea of their value so you don’t overpay for a pick or give one up for cheap.
