Welcome back to another one of my NBA Best Bets of the Day! In my last article, I was unfortunately 1-2, but today’s a new day, meaning new opportunities. 

Donovan Mitchell Over 31.5 Points + Assists

Yes, Donovan Mitchell hurt us last time, but let’s remember Mitchell is in an elimination game tonight. With that being said, Donovan Mitchell hit this over the first three games of the series. 

I believe Mitchell won’t let down three games in a row, justifying the play tonight. The Utah Jazz will have everything on the line and Mitchell will have the ball in his hands a lot. By Mitchell having to be ball-dominant, he should be able to get his points and assists this game. 

Statistically speaking, Mitchell has done better on the road this year, although the playoffs with a home crowd elimination game, feels like too good of an opportunity to pass on.

Chris Paul Over 31.5 Points + Assists

Chris Paul was another player I relied on in my last article, but he didn’t disappoint. For game 3, he had 28 points, along with 14 assists. I can’t promise he will put up these numbers, but I do believe he can put up 31.5 points plus assists.

CP3 is at lead guard again, while Devin Booker remains out. During this series, Chris Paul has hit this over 4 out of 5 games. 

To add on, Chris Paul is the best player on the floor for both sides. The Suns need this victory, as they want to avoid going to 7 games against the eighth seed Pelicans. 

For the Suns to win, CP3 will most likely have to hit this number.
