Luka Doncic Over 32.5 Points

Luka Doncic and the Mavericks are tied with the Suns 2-2, justifying how big this game 5 will be. I believe Luka will do whatever it takes to keep this game close as possible against the former Western Conference champs. 

Though I believe they will lose, Luka has been scoring more this series in their losses than wins. In their losses, he had 45 and 35 points. This should be a game where Luka will get absurd minutes, proving this should be a good play.

Additionally, Doncic lacked efficiency in the two previous games, so expect that he will be looking for a bounce-back game. 

NBA Best Bets of the Day: Chris Paul Over 16.5 Points

Chris Paul ended up fouling out last game, only getting 5 points. Even the game before, CP3 only had 12 points in 37 minutes. So why bet on him today? 

Great players like Chris Paul rarely have three bad games in a row and are in a must-win situation. Having the series tied, Chris Paul will do what needs to be done, as history has shown. 

Chris Paul has hit this over in eleven straight home playoff games. Eleven games in a row are simply remarkable, proving that 16.5 is an overreaction to two bad games. 

I love this bet and have been big on betting on Chris Paul when at home during the playoffs. Especially with today’s matchup being a must-win, it feels like too good of an opportunity. 

Phoenix Suns Over 110.5 Points 

-114 Odds on FanDuel

During the season, the Phoenix Suns averaged 114.8 PPG. Although, similarly to Luka Doncic and Chris Paul’s point lines, this number has failed to reach the last two games. 

With that being said, the Suns scored over this number in the first two games of the series at home. 

Often, the playoffs show role players play better at home, as the Suns have arguably the best role players in the NBA. 

Also, the Phoenix Suns have hit this number in every playoff victory this season except for game 1 against the Pelicans (scoring 110 points). 

Expect the Suns to come out with a vengeance being on a two-game losing streak.
