Los Angeles Through Miami NBA Team Win Totals

Obviously, The Battle of LA deserves its own heading. To be fair, I think at this point it’s more of a butt whooping at this point, though.

Los Angeles Clippers (Under 47.5)

Come on. This should be obvious. The is a team in flux. The Clippers have been nothing but drama for months now. It’s not the pretty kind of drama that is entertaining but largely harmless. This is hair-pulling, hold me back, take off my earrings kind of drama. Kawhi Leonard recruiting Serge Ibaka was obviously an attempt to make him make the notoriously taciturn Superstar more relatable to his teammates. Here’s the problem. No amount for relatability resolution will make up for the fact that Paul George isn’t worth it. I could go on and on about that. In fact, I did just that. Long story short? Take the under here.

Los Angeles Lakers (Over 48.5)

A Lakers/Suns preseason game is on in the background as I write. I can’t say it better than Jalen Rose did at halftime. “The Lakers are living their best life.”
