Who do I start, and who do I sit? Ah, yes, the age-old question in fantasy football. Well, you should start your studs and sit those who may lay an egg for your team any given week. The goal in fantasy football is obviously to start the right players. Players who can put up big numbers for a combined point total to beat your league-mates and to try and avoid the inevitable dud performance, which can always be hard to predict.
***DISCLAIMER: When I say “sit em’” for a particular player, that doesn’t mean you are actually going to bench them unless I explicitly tell you to do so. Rather, it means to simply temper expectations as I predict that they are not going to score more points than they are projected to on the PrizePicks app.
QBs
Start: Joe Burrow – Projected for 20.0 FPTS: He will hit the OVER. Burrow is having another great season, is on a nice couple-game stretch, and has all of his key pieces back together for Week 14. On the plus side, Burrow has been rushing more than he ever has before, giving him an even higher ceiling.
Sit: Daniel Jones – Projected for 16.0 FPTS: He will finish UNDER that score. I believe the Eagles’ defense will expose the Giants and their offense.
RBs
Start: Travis Etienne – Projected for 15.0 FPTS: He will hit the OVER. Etienne has had a rough three-game stretch, but that will come to an end against the Titans. He is putting up 5.8 yards per touch, and he is now going up against a defense without Denico Autry and David Long. This means great things for not only the run game but he is also going to feast in the receiving game.
Sit: Leonard Fournette: – Projected for 10.0 FPTS: He will finish UNDER that score.
WRs
Start: Amon-Ra St. Brown – 18.5 FPTS: He will hit the OVER.
Sit: Deebo Samuel – Projected for 14.5 FPTS: He will finish UNDER that score. He’ll get targets, but you’ll see many dump-offs to the RBs and working in their other WRs and TEs. Still haven’t seen enough yet from Brock Purdy to give Deebo the green light.
TEs
Start: Pat Freiermuth – Projected for 9.5 FPTS: He will hit the OVER. Kenny Pickett has been playing some of his best football over the last few weeks, and he has also been forming a nice connection with his TE. I expect to continue that trend against their division rival.
Sit: Gerald Everett – Projected for 9.0 FPTS: He will finish UNDER that score.
