Picking a Super Bowl winner before the playoffs start is hard enough, but I thought I’d dig a little deeper. Here are some potential candidates to win the Super Bowl MVP.

Justin Jefferson: +10000

If the Vikings have any chance of going on a run for the Super Bowl, it will be because of this man. I can see it perfectly, his grillz, reflecting off of the Lombardi trophy as he wins the MVP with no debate.

Josh Allen: +550 & Jalen Hurts +650

These seem like great odds for what I think are the favorites for this award. With the way both of these guys can run the ball, I don’t see anyone else on their teams winning the award over them.

Tom Brady +3000

Now, I know the Bucs are not playing at the same level as they were in 2020, but you can’t overlook them. Tom Brady is still on their team. We simply cannot rule out the possibility of the goat doing what he does best, winning Super Bowls. He currently has five Super Bowl MVPs.

Christian McCaffrey +1400

The 49ers have been the most complete team in football over the past two months. My only doubt comes with Brock Purdy leading them to a Super Bowl victory. If Jimmy G is able to play, I’d be much more confident about this pick and their chances.

Travis Kelce +2800

Travis Kelce has had many games in his career where he is, without a doubt, the best player on the field. My only issue is knowing how the NFL works, especially with Patrick Mahomes (+400). I think Kelce would need at least two touchdowns to win the award over his QB.

Joe Burrow +900 & Ja’Marr Chase +5000

With the connection that these two have and the way they seem to play in December and in the postseason, they seem like they both have a decent shot at taking home the award.
