If you’re anything like me, The Last Dance has provided you some much-needed basketball content and the perfect time. Pippen’s injury, Michael’s single-mindedness, Rodman’s antics, Phil Jackson’s zen. I dunno about you all, but I’m devouring every second, watching every episode at least twice. And, of course, sometime in the future there will be and beginning to end binge of the whole thing.

The only thing that could possibly make it better might be the ability to bet on what may or may not happen in the coming episodes. Well, you’re in luck. Listen, I gotta go with the under on this one. If I’m being honest, that might be more wishful thinking than anything else. I dunno about you but I’m ready to move on. That said, how many more times can they really talk about it? I feel like that part of the story is in the rearview.

How many times will people make fun of Jerry Krause?

Unlike Scottie’s injury, Krause as a target of ridicule… that’s something I don’t see getting old anytime soon. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a fan of how he was treated but I don’t see the target coming off his back in this next couple of episodes. I’m taking the over.

How many times will we hear the Bulls intro song?

2 or less, 3 or more

I know one other person besides myself that gets goosebumps when the Bulls theme song plays. Talk about iconic. I gotta go with the over on this bet. It’s epicness in musical form. It would be silly for the people responsible for this docuseries not to milk it for all it’s worth.

How many times will a deeply nostalgic beat drop in these episodes?

4 or less, 5 or more

If you’re not having nostalgia feels all over this series, you were not a child of the ’90s. The soundtrack for The Last Dance is straight-up fire. It’s also my new favourite playlist on Spotify. In the words of @painsworth512 who turned me on to this playlist, “Thank me later.” I gotta take the over.
