Here’s my Week 13 QB streamer article. If you want a recap of the idea behind QB streamers, you can check out my first article here. Last week, my Week 12 QB streamer was Tyrod Taylor who was a top 14 QB with a respectable 16.32 fantasy points. He might be a decent streamer this week again against the Indianapolis Colts, but we’re going to look elsewhere.
The trade deadlines has passed in most leagues. Make sure to monitor your waivers carefully as that’s now the only place you can find new players.
Taysom Hill
I was surprised Taysom Hill didn’t take over the starting position when Jameis Winston went down, but it seems he will finally get his chance. We saw him be a solid fantasy QB starter and I don’t expect that to change too much. Unfortunately, he will be missing a lot of weapons at WR, RB, and TE, but with his rushing upside, he should have a very safe floor.
The Saints play the Cowboys this week. They are a decent defence, but rushing QBs without a lot of tape can still be tough to stop, and though I don’t expect a shootout, I do expect Dallas to put up a respectable amount of points in order to force the New Orleans offence to keep moving.
Taysom Hill is someone I’ve picked up wherever I can, even if I’m not streaming. He should be a solid fantasy asset as long as he’s starting. This may not be his best week, but he’s worth rostering for the future.
Wrap-Up
Maybe you drafted a QB later and are worried about your QB’s matchup this week. In that case, Taylor could be a player to look at for a Week 11 QB streamer option. I am really not confident in this, so if you have a better option, I’d probably go for it.
