Week 15 QB Streamer

Here’s my Week 15 QB streamer article. If you want a recap of the idea behind QB streamers, you can check out my first article here. Most leagues are in the playoffs now. I would assume most teams have their starting QBs figured out, but I will continue putting out these articles in case anyone needs help with finding depth at the position.

Last week, my Week 14 QB streamer was Taysom Hill who was even better than last week for fantasy with 26.30 fantasy points. Hill finished the week again as QB4. I don’t know how he was still available in over 50% of leagues last week, but I am sure that will change after waivers run this week. I hope you already have him rostered on your team so you don’t need to worry about streaming for as long as he’s starting.

If you have been streaming along with me this season, your QB spot would have put up 272.4 fantasy points with an average of 19.5 points per week. With total scoring, that would have them at QB5 with an average of QB12. With a handicap of only being able to stream QBs available in over half of Yahoo leagues, this shows why many decide to draft QBs late. A good streamer should be able to do much better than I have since they’ll probably have a larger and better pool of QBs to choose from.

Tua Tagovailoa

With a good matchup against the New York Jets, Tua Tagovailoa should be a safe bet this week with a pretty good ceiling. He has been a very solid fantasy QB this year. He hasn’t had many boom games, but he hasn’t had many bust games either. If you made it to the playoffs by streaming QBs, just having a QB who won’t sink you can be enough to get you the win.

Despite the team not showing confidence in him by expressing interest in Deshaun Watson, he has played well for a young QB. He is looking like he has been good enough to maintain a starting role somewhere in the NFL. He should do well this week, especially with the exciting emergence of rookie WR Jaylen Waddle.

Wrap-Up

Maybe you drafted a QB later and are worried about your QB’s matchup this week. In that case, the Dolphins QB could be a player to look at for a Week 15 QB streamer option for this week and beyond.
