PrizePicks Of The Day: Super Bowl Edition

The Big Game has finally arrived. It’s been a rough couple of days with our choices on PrizePicks, either going 5/6 or 3/4. However, this time, we are going to get this right. Why? Because it’s the Super Bowl and we’re going to win big today!

If you’re wondering, here are my PrizePicks from Friday’s slate (which I did not post I apologize).

Bruce Brown doesn’t know how to pass.

But, as we get set for the matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers, here are my favorite picks for the Big Game.

PROMOTION: Patrick Mahomes Over 0.5 Passing Yards

It’s obvious.

Christian McCaffrey Over 0.5 Rushing + Receiving TDS

The 49ers running back has scored at least one touchdown in 13 of the 16 games he played this season. In the playoffs thus far, he’s scored twice versus Green Bay and Detroit. His dual-threat ability makes him one of, if not the, most dangerous running back in the NFL. In the biggest game of his career, I fully expect him to find the end zone at least once.

Brock Purdy Over 199.5 Passing Yards

Mr. Irrelevant has faced the critics and shut all of them up this season. The signal-caller has led his 49ers to the promised land, with a chance to capture the franchise’s sixth Super Bowl championship.

Purdy has surpassed this line in all but one game this season (125 yards passing vs. Cleveland, rainy Cleveland, to be exact). In the two playoff games this year, he’s averaging 259.5 passing yards. Add in the Chiefs’ defense allowing 209.5 passing yards per game in the postseason, and it’s a safe bet to take the over.

Isiah Pacheco Over 20.5 Rushing Yards In First Five Attempts

The Chiefs have run the ball more than we’re used to seeing this year. It’s working, as it takes less pressure off Mahomes to move the ball. Isiah Pacheco has been a stud this season, rushing for 935 yards in the regular season and 254 yards so far this postseason.

This 49ers defense is susceptible to the run, allowing 159 yards to opposing backs so far in the postseason. Against Detroit, they allowed 35 rushing yards to David Montgomery in his first five carries.

It’s a weird prop to bet on. But, considering how Pacheco carries the football and the fact that it takes one solid run to cross this line, I’m taking the over. I could see Pacheco getting his first carry and getting a solid ten yards in the process. That automatically makes this line within striking distance to go over with ease.

Travis Kelce Over 74.5 Receiving Yards

When the lights shine bright, so does Kelce. The Chiefs tight end has turned it up this postseason after his struggles in the regular season.

After 71 yards in the wild-card game against Miami, he has put up 75 and 116 vs Buffalo and Baltimore, respectively. In a big game like this, expect Mahomes to find him early and often.

Kelce finished with 98 yards against them in their last matchup, and with no capable linebacker on the team that can guard him, this should be a solid over to go for.

Kyle Juszcyzk Over 4.5 Rushing + Receiving Yards

The 49ers fullback just came off one of the best games of the season. He had two catches for 33 yards and rushed for one yard. Risky? Yes. But, all it takes is one play. It’s the Big Game. Let’s get wild.

Good luck to you all. Enjoy the game!
