Welcome back to another NBA Best Bets of the Day! Today we have game 1 of the Mavericks and Warriors series.

Andrew Wiggins Over 15.5 Points

Despite Andrew Wiggins being the fourth scoring option, this matchup could benefit him the most. The Dallas Mavericks’ defense allowed the fewest three-pointers to opposing teams this year.

Keeping that in mind, the Warrior’s typical 4th option could have easier scoring opportunities. The Dallas Mavericks run players off of the three-point line, which could benefit the shaky shooter that Wiggins is. 

In Andrew Wiggins’ last 6 games, he has hit this over in 5 of them. Also, the Mavericks will put their better defenders most likely on Curry, Klay, and possibly even Poole. 

NBA Best Bets of the Day: Luka Doncic Over 9.5 Rebounds

Luka Doncic has been nothing short of special this postseason, although his ability to grab rebounds has been great for bettors. In his last 4 of 5 games, he has grabbed at least 10 rebounds. 

Especially playing against the Warriors, it will be the battle of small ball basketball. This will lead Luka to continue grabbing boards, being one of the bigger players on the floor.

Also, with the Maverick’s ability to defend the 3-point line, expect Klay and Curry to miss shots, leading to more rebounds. 

Same Game Parlay

Same Game Parlays aren’t always for everyone, but this one has grown on me. To start, I expect Steph and Klay to be inefficient today against the Dallas defense. This defense matches up well, along with it being game 1, as I could see them getting off to a slow start. 

For Luka getting under that assists amount, I would be comfortable putting it at 9.5, but I wanted to be safer. Also, I previously mentioned that I like Luka for 10 rebounds, so to ask for 7 should happen. 

With Draymond Green, he has only had 10 assists once this playoff (Game 2 against Denver).
